We process personal data for:

Legal basis (on what basis can we process this?)
We process data based on one or more legal grounds:
- Legitimate interest: to process your request, improve our services, and secure our Website (with appropriate safeguards).
- Consent: for non-essential cookies/trackers (e.g., analytics/marketing), if used.
- Necessary for the execution of (pre)contractual measures: when you request information with a view to a possible collaboration.
- Legal obligation: when applicable.
Do we share data with third parties?
We do not sell any personal data and do not rent it out.
We only share data when necessary, e.g., with:
- IT/hosting providers and website platforms,
- email and communication providers,
- any analytics providers (only with consent if required),
- professional advisors (accountant/legal advisor) when relevant,
- government authorities if legally required.
We enter into a data processing agreement with service providers where necessary.
Transfer outside the EEA (EU/EEA)
In principle, we process data within the European Economic Area. If there is a transfer outside the EEA (e.g., via certain IT providers), we do so with appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary:
- Contact requests/communication: generally up to [e.g. 24 months] after the last contact, unless a collaboration follows or longer retention is needed to handle a dispute.
- Technical logs: generally [e.g. 6–12 months] for security and error analysis.
- Cookie data: according to the periods in our Cookie Policy and your settings.
Adjust these retention periods to your reality (preferably conservative and defensible).
